And finally push notifications are here. Nimbuzz just updated their client for Android devices and has brought two new cool features. All devices running Android 2.2 or higher can now enjoy push notifications along with message delivery notifications(will work on all versions). Message delivery notifications is a feature previously seen on apps like Whatsapp and now Nimbuzz fans with Android devices can enjoy it too. Each message will be accompanied by two tick marks (✓✓). First tick mark indicates that the message was successfully delivered to Nimbuzz servers and the second indicates that the message was delivered to the recipient. But this doesn’t mean the recipient has read your message. We are hoping to see that notification also soon. Besides these features, you can also set your Nimbuzz app to synchronize with your phone contacts. That will help you to call or chat with any user right from you phone contacts.
